Risks from using the Internet?!

 

What’s so dangerous about being online?

Surprisingly enough there are allot of risks of being online and surfing the internet, throughout this is I will explain the difficulties & disappointment many people encounter from being unaware of the dangers they can face during so. There are a lot more things to worry about than you think, for instance viruses via Spam, you can have your identity taken when creating a social webpage account via adding people you have never heard of, I am now going to elaborate on these issues.

Spam Viruses;

You can have encounters with spam viruses on a daily basis whilst surfing the internet. Spam viruses are most often found within social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter in which you will receive a direct message with an anonymous server advertising a free product either after you ‘sign up’ or you ‘click for details’. Usually after this you will encounter a Virus and your computer will no longer be fully sufficient, in other words, don’t fool for the cons they announce.

Identity Theft;

It’s correct to say that social networking sites take great place in most problems online, referring to this as well, can you believe it?  Someone out of your awareness can take your identity online and potentially become a fraud artist out of you, believe me, it happens. It’s not a matter of putting your photos up online, its more your details and who they are going out to, that’s the key, just play safe.

Hackers;

Hacking occurs amongst most people in most things online, for instance your game may be hacked and monitored with a little, but there is another concept, this is effectively identity hacking. Identity hacking is when someone gains the ability to retain your password to say twitter or any other social networking, dating sites and potentially ‘be you’ for that time being, and things can get pretty nasty if put into the wrong hands, so basically be aware of a reliable password and keep your recovery questions personal, this way things can be settled with ease.

Conductive safety awareness

Beyond the rest there is other ways to maintain this cruel internet Nature, when hackers or virus starters make there move, they have to be aware too, for instance, they cannot be tracked down for Copyright laws and Trademark laws, they need to make you indulged in there tricks in other ways as they are not legally allowed to permit a retailers name without permission, That is effectively copyright in itself.
